Position: Full time analyst / Associate

Analysts/Associates at Kendall Square will have the opportunity to participate in full-scale real estate development and investing, specializing in logistics properties.

Key responsibilities may include

       Evaluate and execute logistics properties real estate investments in Korea

       Perform cashflow and valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities

       Perform legal and financial due diligence on each prospective transaction

       Prepare written investment memos on prospective investment opportunities for use by global institutional investors

       Participate in execution of transactions, including negotiation of contracts

       Monitor assets in all different phases of development including permits, construction and leasing

Qualifications and Requirements:

       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with no specific major required

       1-6 years of relevant working experience in an institutional real estate setting preferred.

       Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

       Multitasking skills to prioritize and handle multiple projects at a time

       A good understanding of real estate and logistics industry preferred

       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

       A self-starter, but with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

       Effective interpersonal and communication skills

       Advanced user in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

       Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken)
